Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience on $15–30 million or larger construction projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30‑hour certified.
• STS‑C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade partners.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Communicate schedule status and updates to the project team.
• Lead contractor meetings and communicate with Site Services.
