Job summary

Pathfinder-Consultants-LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager – Facilities to support the DIA at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. The role coordinates federal facilities operations, manages deliverables, and reports to government leadership, with a focus on space management, facility operations, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate has a TS clearance, 5+ years of PM experience, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a federal on-site environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, Facilities Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal government or DoD organizations.
• Experience managing multiple projects, requirements, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing project documentation, SOPs, process maps, reports, and executive briefings.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple facilities-related projects from requirements definition through execution and closeout.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, facilities personnel, contractors, and support organizations to ensure deliverables.
• Support facilities planning, operational readiness, space utilization, and organizational requirements.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, action plans, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Identify operational and facilities-related process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and project documentation.
• Collect and present facilities and project data for management decision-making.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, briefings, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Track resources, costs, budgets, and contractor performance.
