The role requires a Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, an associate degree (or equivalent experience), and at least four years in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• Associates degree; eight years of related experience may substitute for degree.
• FOUR (4) years of facilities management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires broad-based knowledge of financial terms and principles; able to perform advanced financial analysis.
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents; solve problems with multiple options.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and work order systems; knowledge of building systems and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients; attends client meetings.
• Oversees repair/maintenance work by technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Reviews work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Manages capital projects; prepares budgets and variance reports.
• Performs financial analysis and prepares reports.
• Manages site preventive maintenance and recycling programs.
