Pathfinder-Consultants-LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager - Facilities to support the Defense Intelligence Agency at Bolling AFB in Washington, DC. This on-site role coordinates federal facilities operations, manages deliverables, and provides clear reporting to government leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PM experience, a TS clearance, and hands-on space planning, facilities programs, or ARCHIBUS/AutoCAD.

Qualificações

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, Facilities, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in federal government/DoD environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing project documentation and executive briefings.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Visio/Power BI).
• Ability to work independently in a federal on-site environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple facilities-related projects from requirements definition through execution and closeout.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, facilities personnel, contractors, and support organizations to meet requirements and deliverables.
• Support facilities planning, space utilization, and organizational requirements.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, action plans, reports, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and deliverables.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and project documentation.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel/Power BI/PowerPoint/Visio.
• Track resources, costs, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Support QA, compliance, risk management, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Maintain records per government requirements.
• Assist with space-management and facility-planning initiatives.
