Job summary

Technology Automation & Management (TeAM), Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support the PAE Fires OCIO program based at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

Provide daily operational oversight, project and resource coordination, and ensure contract deliverables meet DoD/Army standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT project management within Federal/DoD, strong communication with government stakeholders, and familiarity with DoD 8140/DCWF training requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects in a Federal or DoD environment.
• Familiarity with DoD continuous process improvement, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Strong communication and coordination with Government stakeholders (e.g., CORs, OCIOs).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight, technical guidance, and resource coordination for IT tasks.
• Coordinate with customers, COR, and internal leads to manage project resources.
• Apply the DoD Management Philosophy to deliver high-quality information, IT products, and services.
• Monitor team performance across systems admin, network management, and help desk within SLAs.
• Support development of schedules, risk plans, and CDLR reporting with the Senior PM.
• Maintain knowledge of mission areas, data management, and emerging hardware/software solutions.
• Ensure staff compliance with DoD 8140/DCWF training, certification, and security protocols.
• Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and present status to Government stakeholders.
