Cintel, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager for Redstone Arsenal, AL. This full-time role oversees building operations, maintenance, budgeting, vendor management, and site safety compliance. The position requires an active TS/SCI eligible clearance and a strong financial acumen.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review work orders, and ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining client relationships and reporting on capital and operating budgets.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility.
• Associates degree; 8 years of related professional experience may be used in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of facilities management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial terms; ability to perform intermediate financial analyses.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents; strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and work order systems; architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems awareness.
• Understanding of leases, contracts, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients; attend meetings.
• Coordinate and manage repairs, maintenance, and vendors.
• Review work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare capital project and operating budgets and variance reports.
• Manage vendor relationships and cost center coding accuracy.
• Conduct financial analyses and reports; provide management guidance.
