Job summary

ITC Defense Corp. in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Senior Facilities Program Analyst to support Missile Defense Agency facilities, MILCON, and environmental management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 13 years of relevant experience (MA/MS in any field may be substituted for 3 years of relevant experience).
• Experience supporting facilities planning, design, construction, sustainment, or infrastructure-related programs within a DoD or federal environment.
• Ability to support and execute analytical tasks across complex development and operational programs.
• Experience utilizing analytical tools, techniques, and processes to support technical and administrative activities.
• Ability to identify stakeholder requirements and organize them into formal requirements documentation.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation, project data, schedules, correspondence, and project-related materials.
• Ability to work independently or lead teams while providing direction and daily oversight to support teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports, briefings, and executive-level documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support facility planning, design, construction, sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) across multiple projects.
• Assist with MILCON and facility-related project planning, programming, execution, and documentation.
• Participate in master planning activities with emphasis on siting and facilities requirements.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, reports, status updates, and briefing materials.
• Analyze and manage technical, contractual, and project-related information and documentation.
• Develop scopes of work to address facilities deficiencies and evaluate related impacts.
• Support executive-level communications, decision documentation, briefings, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders to support project execution.
