Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fields in business, engineering, or related area preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of facilities/operations or government contract management experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance and operations teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FLETC Artesia Facilities Operations & Maintenance contract.
• Serve as senior on-site representative and primary Government interface.
• Monitor performance, schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, training, and labor relations.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables.
