Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of facility and asset management experience in a military, government, or multi-facility campus-like environment.
• Minimum of one year of experience performing facility and equipment condition assessments.
• Experience with construction and/or facility management software, GIS software, and facility-related databases.
• Experience managing and analyzing large quantities of data quickly and accurately and performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and errors.
• Experience producing correspondence, briefings, and program plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership on the performance of work related to daily contract operations in accordance with program requirements.
• Maintain and coordinate routine and one-time meetings and deliverables for internal and external customers.
• Provide operational support in assigned areas and maintain knowledge of department-specific activities.
• Manage self and team to ensure open issues and action items are completed on or before deadlines.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Perform analyses to optimize lifecycle investment planning for operations and maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance plans in accordance with government guidance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis when systems fail before their expected lifespan.
• Manage the collection and maintenance of condition assessments within the government's sustainment management system framework, including BUILDER, PAVER, and GIS.
• Use data management tools and software to analyze large quantities of data quickly and accurately and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and errors.
• Oversee warranty and equipment operating manual databases.
• Oversee small facility construction and repair projects, including scoping, estimating, execution, inspection, and final close-out.
• Communicate preventive maintenance, construction, and repair concepts, terminology, and processes to laypersons.
