Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee NSA Annapolis facilities O&M, public works, and base operations support. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and government-facing liaison with NAVFAC standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in public works or BOS, 5+ years leading a large workforce, and ability to act with full contractor authority. On-site position with competitive benefits and contract award potential.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of specialized experience in public works or base operations support.
• Five (5) years of experience managing a workforce providing BOS services on contracts of similar size and complexity (>= $10M/year).
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; engineering preferred or management with specialized BOS experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and operational activities to ensure objectives and government standards are met.
• Deliver, execute, and perform on contract operations and support services.
• Plan, schedule, and direct facilities O&M and utilities management in support of contract requirements.
• Ensure NAVFAC, DoD, and contract compliance and quality standards are met.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, subcontractors, and performance for recurring and nonrecurring work.
