Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services is seeking an experienced EAP Counselor to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's federal workforce. You will provide confidential short-term counseling, crisis support, and referrals within federal guidelines, delivering services in person or virtually.

This role requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field, licensure, 3–5 years of experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and licensure in a mental health field required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with EAP or clinical counseling experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential short-term counseling to NGA federal employees and managers.
• Deliver up to six counseling sessions per issue and coordinate referrals.
• Administer virtual or onsite sessions, including family members when appropriate.
• Respond to urgent incidents and provide crisis support as needed.
• Coordinate resources and referrals for extended care and maintain documentation.
• Conduct weekly mental health and well-being briefings for NGA staff.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and agency policies.
