Goldbelt Glacier-Health Services, LLC seeks an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) Counselor to provide confidential, short-term counseling and referral services to NGA federal employees, managers, and organizational components. The role supports mental health, well-being, and workplace productivity in line with federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in behavioral/mental health counseling and crisis intervention.
• Knowledge of confidentiality standards and federal EAP guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for sensitive interactions.
• Knowledge of referral networks and community resources.

Responsabilités

• Provide confidential counseling to NGA federal employees and managers.
• Conduct short-term sessions (up to six per issue) and referrals as needed.
• Deliver virtual sessions including spouse or dependents when relevant.
• Respond to urgent incidents requiring onsite EAP support.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to align with EAP objectives.
• Prepare and present informational briefings and resources for NGA workforce.
• Maintain records in compliance with privacy regulations and policies.
