Goldbelt Glacier Health Services, Llc is seeking an EAP Counselor to provide confidential, short-term counseling and referral services to National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency employees and managers, supporting mental health, well-being, and workplace productivity.

Responsibilities include short-term counseling (up to six sessions per issue), virtual sessions for employees and families, crisis response, and regular wellbeing briefings in line with federal guidelines and EAP standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in behavioral health counseling and crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with federal EAP guidelines and confidentiality standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for sensitive, one-on-one interactions.
• Knowledge of referral networks and community resources for extended care.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert level confidential counseling to NGA federal employees experiencing behavioral-based issues affecting work productivity.
• Participate in short-term counseling sessions with Government employees (up to six per issue) and discuss alternatives.
• Administer virtual sessions with employees and families as needed.
• Deliver weekly mental health and resilience briefings to the NGA workforce.
