Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier seeks an EAP Counselor to provide confidential short-term counseling and referral services to NGA federal employees and leadership. The role supports mental health, well-being, and work productivity under NGA EAP guidelines.

Responsibilities include short-term sessions, crisis response, and coordination with supervisors and agency points of contact. A licensed MH professional with TS/SCI is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential, short-term counseling to NGA employees.
• Conduct up to six sessions per issue; refer when needed.
• Deliver virtual and on-site counseling; involve family as needed.
• Respond to urgent incidents; coordinate with Counselor Supervisor and Government POC(s).
• Maintain privacy, accurate records, and compliance with regulations.
