Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Program Director to lead a complex federal digital services program, and collaborate with delivery, technical, and executive teams to align strategy with contractual and financial expectations.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, and quality while guiding multidisciplinary teams toward high-impact outcomes and building relationships with senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading complex technology programs, digital services, or related initiatives.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects.
• Experience managing program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of a complex federal technology program across multiple projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact with senior government program leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and transparency.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, product, design, PM, and other functions.
• Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, dependencies, and contractual requirements.
• Establish and improve delivery processes for predictable execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Lead program reviews, planning sessions, and regular engagements with customers and leadership.
• Identify and resolve program risks, delivery challenges, and resource constraints.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedule, staffing, or budget clearly and promptly.
• Own program reporting and provide visibility into milestones and commitments.
• Oversee financial performance, staffing plans, and labor allocation in partnership with leadership.
• Mentor cross-functional team members and support hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to ensure teams have resources to achieve objectives.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, high-performing environment focused on delivery excellence.
• Identify opportunities for organic account growth and long-term success.
• Contribute program knowledge to recompete and proposals, including staffing and context.
