Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Program Director to lead a complex federal digital services program. You will provide strategic direction, oversee scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk, and partner with senior government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, product, design, and delivery functions, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years leading complex technology programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
• Strong Agile delivery and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of a federal technology program.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and contracts.
• Serve as primary contact to senior government stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across software, product, design, project management.
