Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Domestic travel is required. Overseas travel is also possible.
• PE license or RA is preferred.
• Federal or DoD project experience is highly desirable.
• FAR/DFARS knowledge and experience across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between federal government client design branch, construction branch, and contractors.
• Review design submittals, shop drawings, specifications, RFIs, and reports for compliance with standards.
• Apply engineering principles across planning, design review, construction administration, and assessment.
• Monitor progress and prepare technical and status reports.
• Provide engineering judgment for field modifications and constructability reviews.
• Develop client relationships through responsive communication and technical support.
