Job summary

Pantheon Data is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy and drive implementation of strategic federal opportunities. This role requires FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience managing contracts and subcontracts, while coordinating with executives, program managers, and operations.

You will oversee GSA schedule management, proposal support, and ensure compliance with regulations, with remote work and occasional in-person collaboration in the Reston, VA area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent 7+ years of experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Federal Contracts/Subcontract management and FAR/DFAR.
• Strong attention to detail, process management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer, issue, review, and execute Contracts, Subcontracts, NDAs, and related documents.
• Evaluate awards, modifications, risks, and provide management recommendations.
• Coordinate with technical teams on contractual obligations and requirements.
• Manage GSA schedule activities, proposals, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Support proposals, business development, and back-office operations.
• Review terms to align with FAR/DFAR and company policies.
