Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a Contracts Manager in Huntsville, AL. You will manage cradle-to-grave contract administration for Federal Government, commercial, product-based contracts and OTAs, ensuring compliance with proposals and government regulations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 4+ years in Federal Government Contracting, or 6 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with FFP, T&M, CPIF, CPFF contracts.
• Experience with Subcontract, Teaming, Non-Disclosure and Reseller Agreements.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract implications.
• Ability to identify risks and suggest improvements to Senior Management.
• Ability to analyze trends and contract data.
• Strong MS Excel and Office skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave contract administration for Federal Government, Commercial, Product Based, OTAs and non-FAR contracts.
• Participate in proposal preparation including RFP requirements, pricing, and cost volumes.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute agreements.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with proposals, legal requirements, customer specs and regulations.
• Prepare and disseminate contract status, modifications, and closeout information.
• Coordinate with corporate/line departments and customer reps regularly.
• Organize and compile data for reporting and analysis.
