Job summary

DZYNE Technologies, now part of Ondas Sentinel, seeks a Sr. Contract Administrator in Irvine, CA. You will manage cradle-to-grave contracts with U.S.

Government and commercial customers, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS/UCC, and coordinating with internal teams to drive proposals and negotiations. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of federal contract experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in cradle-to-grave administration of government and commercial contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts and DoD production environment.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave contract administration for U.S. Government, FMS, and DCS contracts.
• Prepare bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitations and requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for program reviews.
• Assess terms and conditions, including flow-down provisions for negotiations.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate NDAs, Consulting Agreements, Sales Rep Agreements, and Teaming Agreements.
• Maintain internal contract records and databases; manage correspondence for contracts and negotiations.
• Collect data and compile reports to respond to corporate requests.
• Analyze financial reports and technical documents to ensure contractual compliance.
