Job summary

DZYNE Technologies LLC. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage cradle-to-grave contracts with the U.S. Government, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company procedures. This role reports to the VP of Contracts and supports internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate has 4–9 years federal contract experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong written/verbal communication. Eligible for annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–9 years federal contract administration experience preferred.
• Experience with government contracting policies including FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave contract administration for government contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related government regulations.
• Assess terms and conditions and support negotiations with customers.
• Prepare contract status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Interact with program managers to resolve contractual issues and ensure compliance.
• Manage subcontract sourcing, evaluation, and award processes.
