Job summary

DZYNE Technologies, based in Irvine, California, is seeking a Contract Administrator to support cradle-to-grave government contracting activities. The role reports to the VP of Contracts and focuses on preparing, negotiating, and administering federal prime contracts and subcontracts with government partners.

The ideal candidate has 4–9 years of federal contract experience, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and proficiency with Microsoft Business Central ERP.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of federal contract administration experience.
• Familiarity with government contracting policies (FAR/DFARS).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• NCMA CPCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave contract administration for US Government contracts (cost-reimbursable, T&M, firm-fixed).
• Maintain knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government purchasing systems.
• Prepare terms and conditions and support negotiations with customers.
• Communicate contract status to internal stakeholders and program managers.
• Support subcontracting needs and CPSR compliance.
• Review and negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements; maintain records.
