Job summary

DZYNE Technologies, LLC is hiring a Sr Contracts Administrator in Irvine, CA. This hybrid on-site role supports cradle-to-grave administration for U.S. Government and commercial contracts, including NDAs, consulting and teaming agreements. Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge and bid/proposal experience are required.

The role requires meticulous contract management, interdepartmental coordination, and a focus on compliance in a fast-paced environment with a 5% travel potential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering FFP, Cost-Reimbursable, T&M and IDIQ contracts with the U.S. Government/DoD in a production environment.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/UCC to interpret and advise on contractual risks and requirements.
• Experience supporting bid/proposal preparation, pricing and cost analysis.
• Highly organized with strong time management and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave contract administration for government and commercial contracts.
• Prepare bids and proposals, review solicitations, ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans for programs and management reviews.
• Draft terms and conditions and flow-down provisions for negotiations.
• Coordinate with staff on contract requirements and status; report findings.
• Interact with program managers to resolve contractual needs and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and negotiate NDAs, consulting agreements, TA and other agreements.
• Maintain contract records and databases; compile reports on contract data.
• Analyze financial and technical documents to ensure contractual compliance.
