Accura Engineering in Richmond, KY, seeks a Senior Construction Representative to oversee surveillance of large construction projects and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. You will prepare reports, review plans, and assist with change orders while coordinating with government personnel.

The role requires strong QA/QC knowledge, extensive field experience, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed. A federal project background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in construction project engineering, management, or inspection.
• Experience with USACE/DoD/federal programs preferred.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, safety requirements.
• Familiarity with local permitting and construction methods.

Responsabilités

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and specs.
• Review contract plans for changes and coordinate with government personnel.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving differences.
• Submit daily QA reports and track deficiencies and RFIs.
• Travel to and from job sites as required.
• Assist with change orders, cost estimates, and project closeout.
