Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Representative for work at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY. The role focuses on observing construction phases, ensuring compliance with schedules, specs, and shop drawings, and generating detailed daily RMS site reports.

The candidate will assist in contract modification processes, evaluate plans and submittals, and prepare various correspondence and payment estimates. U.S. citizenship and background checks are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in construction preferred.
• 5+ years of experience on large federal construction projects (DoD/USACE preferred).
• Experience with RMS 3.0 is preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA EM 385-1-1 is preferred.
• Must be a US citizen and able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Observe construction phases for schedule, specs, and drawings; identify issues and recommend changes.
• Complete daily site reports in RMS with progress, safety, and subcontractor manpower details.
• Assist in contract modifications, scopes of work, estimates, and modifications documents.
• Review contractor plans and submittals for approvals, including schedules and safety programs.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance, REAs, RFIs, and technical issues.
• Prepare payment estimates and verify materials and % complete for lump sum items.
• Monitor progress and advise project team on potential delays or slippage.
• Participate in RFI and submittal reviews with designers, RE, and technical experts.
