Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Representative for a project at F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY, with work location Omaha, NE. The role involves monitoring construction phases, ensuring compliance with schedules, specs, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities include inspections, contract modifications, reviewing plans, preparing estimates and RFIs, and coordinating with design teams. US citizen verification and federal background/drug screen required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience on large federal construction projects.
• Experience using RMS 3.0 preferred.
• Experience with three-phase inspection process.
• Must be a US citizen and pass federal background and drug screening.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; retirement plan; PTO.

Responsibilities

• Observes and investigates construction phases for schedule/spec compliance.
• Performs site inspections and prepares daily RMS reports.
• Assists in contract modifications and preparation of scopes of work for RFps.
• Reviews contractor plans and submittals for approval.
• Prepares correspondence on performance, RFIs, and REAs.
• Prepares payment estimates and tracks progress of lump-sum items.
• Monitors progress and advises project team of potential delays.
• Participates in RFI and Submittal reviews and coordination.
• Maintains data to support project management decisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
