Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for the F.E. Warren AFB area in Cheyenne, WY.

The role involves providing engineering services on multiple federal projects with large construction values, including site observation and QA oversight. Candidates should have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with PE preferred and RMS 3.0 familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited college.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering; construction and contract administration experience.
• USACE or other federal project experience preferred.
• Experience with RMS 3.0 preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering services on federal projects with multi-million values.
• Oversee construction, contract administration and QA activities.
• Analyze design and construction issues relative to contract requirements.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, schedules, changes and claims.
• Prepare daily field reports covering cost and engineering factors.
• Engage in pre-construction conferences with government personnel.
• Apply knowledge of HVAC, building automation, data centers, and related systems.
