Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a Corporate Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program across federal construction projects in the United States. The role drives compliance with contract documents, regulations, and corporate standards, while mentoring project-level QC staff and ensuring three-phase QC processes are followed.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing QC programs on federal construction projects.
• Ability to lead QC team and train staff.
• Familiarity with US government quality requirements (e.g., CQM-C).
• Strong documentation and audit skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement corporate QC plans and processes.
• Conduct project audits and site visits to ensure three-phase QC compliance.
• Oversee and mentor QC managers and quality specialists.
• Maintain centralized NCRs, nonconformance tracking, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Safety, Environmental, and Project Management teams.
• Prepare reports and monitor QC documentation across projects.
