Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point seeks a Corporate Quality Control (CQC) Manager to oversee the quality program across federal construction projects in the United States.

The role leads project-level QC Managers, develops QC plans, and ensures compliance with USACE CQM-C requirements, safety, and company standards. Significant travel to sites and coordination with multiple departments are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QC teams on federal construction projects.
• Ability to develop and implement QC plans and policies.
• Strong audit and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate QC plans and processes.
• Conduct project audits and site visits to ensure three-phase QC compliance.
• Maintain QC documentation and NCR tracking.
• Coordinate quality meetings and training.
• Promote continuous improvement and KPI tracking.
