Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a qualified Quality Control Manager to lead day-to-day QA/QC on construction projects for government installations. You will supervise on-site teams, manage safety and quality standards, and coordinate with subcontractors and government officials to meet contract requirements.

The role is full-time and field-based, with travel as needed to active construction sites along the Gulf Coast region. Competitive salary is provided with full company benefits.

Qualifications

Quality control and field supervision experience on construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret contract documents and plans.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with plans and contract requirements.
Maintain deficiency logs and corrective actions through completion.
Review, package, and submit construction submittals.
Conduct pre-final inspections and develop punch lists for correction.
Coordinate final inspections with Government officials and engineering personnel.
Maintain photo documentation of work progress and installed conditions.
