Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point seeks a Corporate Quality Control (CQC) Manager to lead the company-wide quality program on United States federal construction projects. You will develop, implement, and enforce QC plans, train site QC teams, and ensure compliance with contract documents and government regulations.

You will oversee QC documentation, audits, and nonconformance tracking, while coordinating with project managers, safety, and engineering to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of federal construction QC experience on design-build and bid-build projects.
• At least 3 years in corporate or senior QC leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management (desired).
• Professional engineer registration (desired).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the corporate QC program across federal construction projects.
• Lead, train, and supervise project-level QC managers and quality specialists.
• Maintain centralized records of deficiency tracking, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Review and approve project QC Plans for government submissions.
• Ensure compliance with USACE CQM-C and FAR quality requirements.
