Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years experience on large federal construction projects.
- Experience with RMS 3.0 and three-phase inspection process preferred.
Responsibilities
- Observe and investigate construction phases for compliance with schedules.
- Perform inspections and complete daily site reports in RMS.
- Assist in preparing scopes of work and government estimates.
