The position is full-time, on-site, and involves directing multiple project managers, coordinating complex construction and facilities programs, and ensuring successful project delivery to meet client objectives.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in architecture/engineering and demonstrated leadership of large, multidisciplinary teams within federal or large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering required.
• 15+ years in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities management.
• Experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with federal, government, or large-scale programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to COR, CO, and CGS.
• Lead and oversee contracted Project Managers on multiple projects.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery across diverse locations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
• Provide routine program reports and manage risks.
