Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in federal construction, oversight of projects valued at $10M+, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Federal construction as a PM.
• Experience overseeing complex commercial projects valued at $10M+.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, under budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and subcontractors while leading field Superintendents and maintaining client relationships.
• Manage multiple project schedules and timelines to satisfy client needs.
• Act as liaison between client and project teams – field and office.
• Conduct forward-thinking risk assessments and minimize potential risks.
