Job summary

You will coordinate government stakeholders, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams, manage contracts per FAR/DFARS, oversee CPM schedules, cost control, and procurement, and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience managing federal construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, federal procurement, and government construction practices.
• Experience with USACE, VA, NAVFAC, GSA, or other federal agencies preferred.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software, project management systems, and cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project execution and contract administration.
• Manage all aspects of contract compliance, including federal regulations, specifications, and reporting requirements.
• Lead project kick off, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Maintain effective communication with KO, COR, government stakeholders, and project team members.
• Manage project correspondence, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract modifications.
