Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years construction experience.
• Understands all facets of the construction process.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents as needed.
• Must be able to develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Demonstrated experience applying safety and quality standards (e.g., EM 385-1-1, UFGS 01 45 00.00).
• Develop dig permits, outage plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with end users.
