You will oversee planning, execution, budgeting, and compliance for NAVFAC, USACE, and DoD projects, ensuring safety and quality while meeting schedule and cost targets. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive project experience in heavy civil construction, with proven success managing budgets, schedules, and complex subcontractor networks on federal sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects
• Lead bid reviews, planning, and execution across all project phases
• Coordinate with estimators, project controls, and stakeholders to meet schedule and budget
• Manage safety, compliance, and government requirements on federal sites
• Build and maintain relationships with federal clients and inspectors
