Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering required.
• Min 15 years’ experience in architecture, engineering, construction or facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate project managers across multiple programs and locations.
• Serve as primary liaison to COR, CO, and CGS and client leadership.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction and rehabilitation projects.
• Ensure quality, schedules, and contract compliance.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and program documentation.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
