Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their cloud transformation journey in the Worldwide Public Sector, Global Government Federal Civilian team. A US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance is required.

Expect 25%–40% travel and a strong emphasis on value realization, enablement, and governance across large-scale cloud programs.

Qualifications

8+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience.
5+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience.
Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

Responsibilities

Value Realization: you identify and accelerate the customer’s realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of AWS services, AWS partner solutions, AWS best practices, and other.
Enablement: you help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, training partners, and other.
Governance: you establish and mature operating models / structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of AWS frameworks and mechanisms
