Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.

• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project planning and execution for large, multi-workstream engagements, defining delivery quality standards and employing frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework to drive successful customer outcomes.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer stakeholders, guiding them to clarify business vision, align work plans to strategy, and overcome obstacles through collaborative problem-solving and clear communication.
• Manage engagement scope, financials, and timelines by negotiating conditions of acceptance, identifying risks early, and implementing mitigation strategies that keep programs on track and within contractual boundaries.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among AWS, customer, and partner resources, driving crisp decisions, clearing blockers, and redirecting distressed programs toward positive results.
• Establish and share best practices for delivery quality, engagement security, and operational excellence, while mentoring team members and contributing to organizational capability building.
