The successful candidate will apply Shipley lifecycle practices to identify where Citizant can win, shape opportunities early, and position the company to unseat incumbents through superior insight and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal government BD and capture experience, with a proven win record.
• Local to the DC Metro area.
• Experience applying Shipley lifecycle to BD activities.
• Familiarity with federal contract vehicles and buying channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead market segmentation and account planning aligned with Citizant strategy.
• Qualify opportunities and determine viability with documented criteria.
• Maintain opportunity data in Salesforce and ensure governance.
