Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is a government IT services firm actively seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to own and grow the pipeline across DOJ and new public sector customers. Qualifications

• 7–10 years in federal capture or business development experience.
• Active relationships with program offices/contracting officers required.
• Experience pursuing and winning executable work at DOJ or similar agencies.
• Experience with contracts in the $25–100M+ range and win themes.
• Knowledge of live/expiring/recompete contract vehicles (GSA MAS, SEWP, IDIQs).
• Ability to articulate win themes, teaming structures, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of DOJ/opportunities and others.
• Support tracking the top opportunities and run capture on 3–6 priority pursuits.
• Lead teaming decisions, price-to-win analysis, and proposal strategy with delivery teams.
• Manage relationships with program offices and contracting shops and report status to leadership.
• Ensure pipeline health, win probability, and capture status are accurately communicated.
