Candidates should show deep enterprise data experience, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to shape technical roadmaps while maintaining pragmatic delivery across complex, regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Technical credibility to architect enterprise AI and data solutions and prototype with code.
• Depth from either strong software/data engineering background or federal mission expertise with technical fluency.

Responsibilities

• Technical architecture: shape data flow, integration topology, identity model, and deployment across on‑premises, air‑gapped, and government cloud environments.
• Stay hands‑on: prototype, build, and debug with your team using modern coding tools.
• Identify value by understanding mission needs and translating into AI/ML requirements with clear success criteria.
• Provide technical direction for the solution roadmap and scope.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with government sponsors and stakeholders.
• Ship into production: deploy from development to production, including integrations with customer data stores and government cloud regions.
• Ensure federal readiness: configure, secure, monitor, and accredit the platform per FedRAMP, IL4–IL6, NIST 800‑53/800‑171.
