Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior AI Technical Lead to steer cutting-edge AI solutions for federal programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape technical strategy, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on AI/ML expertise with cloud architectures and scalable systems design, and holds a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience. DoD clearance eligibility and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years hands-on AI/ML solution development.
Experience leading AI/ML initiatives or technical teams.
Strong understanding of agentic AI and modern frameworks.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript for development.
Experience deploying AI solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps.
US Citizenship and eligibility for DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and ML models and systems.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions across federal missions.
Oversee the AI/ML lifecycle, including architecture design, experimentation, and optimization.
Collaborate with DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity to productionize AI.
Provide technical mentorship and conduct code/design reviews.
Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML tools and frameworks.
Ensure solutions meet federal security, compliance, and cloud standards.
