Job summary

All Native Group seeks an Account Executive for the Mission Solutions sector to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, managing a robust pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions to government clients including DoD and DHS. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to pursue 8a Direct Award and competitive bids while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of experience in the proposal and business capture environment.
• Knowledge of military and federal acquisition models preferred; ability to obtain/hold security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a minimum two-year pipeline and maintain a 24-month pipeline in CRM.
• Develop and defend Gate reviews and growth strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes; manage NDAs and TAs.
• Create reports and deliver presentations to management.
• Identify opportunities through research, networking, and client relationships.
