Job summary

All Native Group in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Account Executive for the Mission Solutions sector to identify, qualify, and pursue federal opportunities with DoD, DoS, and DHS, building a robust 24‑month pipeline and driving revenue growth. You will maintain the pipeline in Salesforce, develop capture strategies, and coordinate with teams to deliver tailored MSS solutions.

The role requires 15+ years in proposal/capture, strong client relationships, and travel within the Washington, DC metro

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in the proposal and business capture environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, drive capture and generate revenue in US Government space.
• Strong verbal and written communication with high energy and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development to establish a multi-year pipeline.
• Maintain a 24-month pipeline with daily Salesforce updates.
• Identify growth opportunities via research, networking and referrals.
• Develop and defend Gate reviews; implement growth strategies.
• Meet annual growth targets per the strategic plan.
• Support capture and proposal activities as needed.
