Job summary

All Native Group in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Account Executive for the Mission Solutions Sector to identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities with DoD, DHS, and other federal partners, including DoS. • 15+ years’ experience in the proposal and business capture environment.
• Knowledge of military/federal acquisition models, practices, and techniques.
• Experience supporting proposal development and other written communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a two-year pipeline for potential opportunities.
• Maintain a comprehensive 24-month pipeline with daily Salesforce updates.
• Identify growth opportunities and support capture and proposal activities.
• Develop and defend Gate reviews and growth strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
