Job summary

OpenLoop in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Forward Deployed Engineering. You’ll coach engineers, stay technically active through design reviews, and drive client-ready deployments with a strong handoff.

You’ll partner with platform, implementation, customer success and sales to deliver scalable integrations, improve workflows, and own the playbook for future deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven track record coaching engineers and growing teams.
• Experience delivering deployments in customer environments.
• Strong API integration and platform design acumen.
• Security-first mindset and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Forward Deployed Engineering teams for client go-lives.
• Review integration designs and resolve platform gaps early.
• Mentor engineers, set expectations, and drive performance.
• Coordinate with platform, implementation, customer success and sales.
• Turn deployment playbooks into repeatable, scalable processes.
