Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Manager, Deployed Engineering to lead deployments for the world's largest audit firms. You will be hands-on, writing production code in early deployments, solving the toughest technical problems, and guiding a growing team under the CTO.

Initially, you will work directly in customer deployments, then scale the effort while staying close to the work. You will own technical delivery for enterprise customers, mentor engineers, build repeatable playbooks, and partner

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in forward deployed, deployment, solutions or customer engineering.
Proven ability to write and ship production software in relevant tech stacks.
Experience mentoring engineers and building teams in early-stage environments.
Comfort presenting to senior enterprise stakeholders in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead important deployments for major enterprise customers, from scoping to production delivery.
Write production code and build agents, integrations and tools with the team.
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and audit leaders on AI agents in practice.
