Job summary

Privy is seeking an engineering manager to lead the Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will guide a group of talented engineers, drive high‑impact customer solutions, and partner with product and GTM to align priorities and roadmaps.

You will coach technical depth, ownership, and delivery discipline, shaping the architecture and ensuring rigor in execution while maintaining strong customer empathy and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver impactful customer solutions.
• Own team outcomes and drive business impact for the engineering function.
• Coach engineers on depth, ownership, and delivery quality.
• Partner with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM to align roadmaps.
• Review designs, scope work, and participate in complex problem solving.
• Foster a culture of trust, rigor, and urgency within the team.
